About UMCP

UrbanMission Community Partners was formed by community members brought together by the desire to develop partnerships throughout our neighborhood that will promote wholeness and sustainability in south Pomona.

We believe that our neighbors are our community's strongest assets and seek to work together to address the many challenges faced by our community.

Our Mission

We seek community wholeness, resilience, and sustainability in and beyond Pomona, California, by working with families and individuals at risk from poverty, hunger, homelessness, incarceration, and/or inadequate education and healthcare.
